Ice Cream and Olive Oil Drizzle
Olive oil and ice cream is a new and fresh trend! This dessert is a great compliment to any hot summer day and a sweet, decadent treat. You can get creative if you like, or use this basic recipe guide. All you need is Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (or the ice cream of your choice), Turtle Creek Vineyard extra virgin, unfiltered olive oil, mint leaves, fresh Thyme and fresh blackberries.

1 tbsp Turtle Creek Vineyard Olive Oil (or drizzle to desired amount)

Savory Olive Oil Dip
This garlic, herb and olive oil dip is easy to prepare and a savory and delicious flavor bomb. All you need is garlic, herbs, Turtle Creek Olive and Vines extra virgin, unfiltered olive oil and bread for dipping.
We blended the ingredients together and poured the olive oil around the herb mixture after so as to avoid oversaturation. The recipe below is vegetarian and feeds one to two.
